Anastasia Tabolina

Anastasia Tabolina is a Russian swim coach at Thanyapura Phuket in Thalang, where personal coaching sessions with her can be booked. A former artistic swimmer with elite-level experience, she coached artistic swimming in Russia with athletes from beginners to competitive level and has worked as a competition judge. At Thanyapura she coaches learn-to-swim, junior development and squad swimmers, with a focus on confidence and technique for children and young athletes, and also leads adult stretching classes for mobility and recovery. She works in English and Russian.
