Rick Gamble

Rick Gamble is the founder and head instructor of Saltwater Dreaming Surf School, which has taught surfing on Bang Tao Beach in Phuket since 2002 and describes itself as an NSSIA-certified school. He grew up surfing in Australia, has surfed since the early 1970s, competed in the Quiksilver Phuket Contest in 1999-2001 and later settled in Phuket. The school offers two-hour group, private and custom lessons, kids' lessons with a dedicated instructor and multi-day programs; private lessons are taught one-on-one by the head instructor. The surf season runs from May to October.
