1. What FitPhuket is
FitPhuket is an information directory of sports venues, coaches and events on Phuket. We are not a party to your relationship with a venue or a coach: training, payments and arrangements happen directly between you and them.
2. Account
Sign-in works via Google, Telegram or LINE. You are responsible for access to your account and for actions taken under it.
3. User content
- By publishing a profile or a card you confirm the information is accurate and that you hold the rights to the uploaded materials, including photos.
- You grant us the right to display this content on the site and in its promotion.
- All submissions are moderated. We may reject, hide or remove content that is unlawful, misleading or unrelated to the service.
4. Venue cards and open-source data
Some cards are created from open data (Google Maps) and are updated automatically. A venue representative can take over a card by confirming their connection through the venue's official channel (an email on the venue's domain, the official phone number or social media). Management access can be revoked if obtained in bad faith or if the representative is no longer associated with the venue.
5. Accuracy of information
We do our best to keep data fresh but cannot guarantee accuracy: hours, prices and services change. Verify important details directly with the venue or coach.
6. Training and health
You decide to exercise at your own discretion, considering your health and, where appropriate, medical advice. FitPhuket does not provide medical or coaching services.
7. Intellectual property
The site's design, texts and code belong to FitPhuket. Google Maps data belongs to its rights holders. User content belongs to its authors.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses related to the use of the site or the actions of venues, coaches or third parties.
9. Violations and termination
If these terms are violated, we may restrict or terminate account access and remove the related content.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, by a competent court.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page.
