We will find a gym that issues enrolment documents for a DTV application and a program for the length you need. The consulate decides on the visa — we never promise approval and only publish verified facts about gyms.

Yes. Many gyms sell weekly and monthly passes without a room, and you can rent a condo nearby yourself. Such programs are marked “Room extra” or “Training only”.
