Maya

Maya is the owner of Maya Pilates Studio in Rawai and a certified Polestar Pilates practitioner and Polestar mentor who completed her initial certification in Singapore, where she continues her training. The studio works mainly in private and semi-private formats: one-on-one mixed-equipment sessions, reformer sessions for up to two people and duets, plus fitness and scoliosis screenings and a 15-week program for private clients. Rehabilitation work combines physiotherapy with Pilates.
