Privacy Policy

FitPhuket (fitphuket.com) is a directory of sports venues and coaches on Phuket island. We treat personal data with care and only collect what the service needs to operate. Questions: [email protected] or Telegram @fitphuket_bot.

What we collect

Account. Your name, email address and profile identifier provided by the sign-in method you choose — Google, Telegram or LINE. We do not store passwords.
Content. Anything you publish yourself: a coach profile, a venue card, photos, challenge participation.
Technical data. A session cookie used for signing in, and anonymised usage statistics (Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, device type, traffic source).

How we use it

signing in and operating your dashboard;
publishing your cards in the catalog after moderation;
service notifications (e.g. moderation results);
anonymised statistics to improve the site;
security and abuse prevention.

Cookies

We use an essential session cookie (sign-in does not work without it) and Google Analytics cookies for statistics. You can block analytics cookies in your browser — the site will keep working.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. Processors involved in running the service: our hosting provider (DigitalOcean), Google (analytics and sign-in), Telegram and LINE (sign-in). Reference data on venue cards (addresses, hours, ratings, photos) partly comes from open sources — Google Maps — and is refreshed from there.

Publicity of your cards

A coach profile or a venue card is published at your own initiative and is visible to all visitors. Your account email address is never published.

Storage and security

Data is stored on secured servers with restricted access. We keep data for as long as your account or your published cards exist.

Your rights

You can view and correct your data in the dashboard, unlink sign-in methods, and request deletion of your account and cards — contact us via the channels above. We respond within a reasonable time in line with applicable law, including Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Children

The service is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect children's data.

Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always available on this page.
